Soak 300 gr. of beans in water for 5-6 hours. Boil over medium heat until cooked, salt at the very end. Chop 500 gr. of chicken into thin strips and fry until golden brown. In a deep frying pan we make a passerovka of onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic, add 3-4 tomatoes in our juice. Stew the sauce until thickened, put salt and a mixture of Mexican spices to taste. Next, lay the chicken, simmer the mixture under the lid for 5 minutes. In the burrito, we spread chicken with sauce, finely chopped red onion, fresh tomato, beans, 250 gr. of corn and a chopped bunch of parsley.
We spread the filling on the finished tortillas, sprinkle abundantly with grated cheese and roll tight rolls. Before serving, heat the burrito in the microwave so that the cheese melts and gently envelops the beans and chicken.
Gimbap, an adapted version of the rolls, is great for a samurai party. Round-grain white rice is part of Japan’s national culture. Feel this vibrant and amazing country with real Japanese rice. Most importantly, it has no flavor. This is an important criterion for choosing rice for Japanese cuisine. Soft white rice is the basis of most Japanese dishes that we love and is perfect for sushi, traditional Gohan, chahana, and other traditional foods.
Boil until ready 350 gr. of rice, drain the excess liquid, season 2 tsp. l sesame oil. Mix 100 ml of rice vinegar, 1 tsp. l water, 1 tbsp. l sugar and 0.5 tsp salt, warm up a minute in the microwave. Pour the medium carrot and daikon with the marinade, chopping them on a grater for Korean carrots. Cook a regular 2-egg omelet.
On a sheet of nori algae, we distribute a dense layer of rice and omelet. In the center, we spread crab sticks in two rows. Between them, we hide the pickled daikon and carrot. If desired, you can add strips of fresh cucumber. By this principle, we collect and roll several rolls, cut them into rolls. With such a snack, the spirit of the samurai will wake up in every guest.
Arabian Night, Magical East
What about an Arab style party? The original beetroot falafel will add variegated colors to it. Turkish peas chickpeas are perfect for this recipe. Chickpea is a Turkish pea, very popular in the Middle East, as it is the basis for their national dish – hummus (cold appetizer/sauce).
Chickpeas are a yellow-golden grain with a diameter of 10 mm, in finished form with a nutty flavor. Chickpeas can be cooked, fried, stewed, added to soups, and also used as a side dish.
Soak 300 gr. of chickpeas in water for 10-12 hours. Then boil it in water without salt and dry it on a paper towel. Separately, cook 2 large beets and small carrots. Peel the vegetables from the peel, coarsely chop and fold in a blender bowl. Pass the onion with a clove of garlic until golden brown and put in a blender too. Add 1 tsp. paprika and cumin, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Once again, mix well the resulting mass.
With wet hands, we mold balls the size of a walnut and send it to the refrigerator to solidify. You can serve beetroot falafels with pita or thin pita bread, supplemented with fresh vegetables. Be sure to cook a few sauces of your choice, say, garlic, cheese, and spicy tomato.
A positive sea will be delivered to guests by an Indian party with incendiary dances and watching Bollywood films. During breaks, you can enjoy lentil cakes. We will cook them from unpolished red lentils. Unpolished lentils, thanks to the preserved shell, do not boil and in their finished form retains its shape, so it is suitable for both side dishes and salads.
Cook 200 gr. of lentils over medium heat under a lid until completely softened, cool and mashed with a blender. If the mass is very thick, dilute it with a decoction. Brown the chopped purple onion with 2 cloves of garlic in the oil, mix in the lentil puree. We breed in a cup of warm water a bag of dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. l flour, leave warm for 20 minutes. Next, we introduce the dough into lentil puree along with 1 tbsp. l sesame oil. Pour 250 gr. of flour into a little, knead the dough and let it grow for half an hour.
Now we divide the dough into 8-10 parts, roll out flat cakes the size of a palm, grease with butter and bake in the oven at 220 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. For a more expressive taste, you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds and dried herbs.
You can have a cocktail party. An ideal complement to tea drinking is a traditional apple crumble. The basis for it will be oatmeal dough. Modern cereal processing technology allows you to save all the useful substances and trace elements and at the same time reduce the cooking time of the product. Oatmeal contains a lot of fiber important for the body and easily digestible minerals and vitamins.
Brown in a dry pan 150 gr. of oatmeal. Grind on a coarse grater 100 gr. of frosted butter. Grind it with oatmeal, 100 gr. of brown sugar and 2 tsp. The result should be a little viscous crumb. Remove the core from 4 large apples and cut into thin slices.
Smoothen the baking dish with butter, put the apples in an even layer. If desired, you can add fresh berries, dried fruits or raisins. Pour the filling with sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice. Tightly compact the oatmeal on top. We send the crumble to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40–45 minutes. Serving such a dessert is best with a scoop of ice cream and homemade jam.
